Welcome to Home Court Bakes!
My name is Courtney (or Coco for short). I’ve always been a lover of all things sweet, fried and delicious, and recently discovered my passion for baking.
I’m originally from Wisconsin but recently moved to Austin, Texas with my boyfriend, Cody, and my dog, Archie. As I’m sure a lot of people did, I first started baking because I needed something to do while stuck in my tiny apartment during quarantine. But what started as a one-off activity quickly turned into something I think about and practice almost every day.
And while I still have A LOT to learn about baking, I thought it would be fun to bring you along as I try new recipes, develop my own creations (mostly cakes and cookies if I’m being honest … ), mess things up and hopefully figure out who I am as a baker.
